Product Error

Question:
I can’t add a new product. Here is what the error says

An error has occurred!

Error: Oops, an error occurred in the database. Please try again or contact site owner
Answer:

Pl run this script in a browser.

http://yoursite.com/dap/update.php

(Replace yoursite.com with the name of your site).

Ignore any database errors.

Then log back in to DAP. See if the error is gone.
