Modifying Templates

Go to “DAP Admin > Templates”.

The header/footer (for the member’s home page), and almost all the emails that are sent to the user, are customizable using this screen.

Just select the template you wish to modify from the menu on the left, make the changes, and save it.

That’s it!

Within the User Homepage, is it possible to utilize iframe coding in the User Message and/or Affiliate Message areas?

Yes, but remember – if you make any custom changes to any of the DAP files, the next update may overwrite them and cause you to lose your changes. So you may have to do them each time when you upgrade/update DAP.

When you say “use a wordpress theme as a DAP template”, what exactly do you mean?

Mark,

>>Within the User Homepage, is it possible to utilize iframe coding in the User Message and/or Affiliate Message areas?<< Sure, don't see why that won't work. Do try it and let us know if you run into any issues. Thanks, - Ravi Jayagopal

Hi Ravi

The templates you mention, they are now in Setup>templates is that correct?

When editing those templates, if i want to put a banner of some sort in the header or footer do i just paste html code for that in the edit box? Does it access the image from my wordpress media folder?

Thanks very much
Cheers,
Matt
